SAPPHIRE PULSE RX 570 1080p Performance & Gameplay - 5 Racing Games Tested!

I was recently speaking to somebody that's a big fan of Racing Games, however, he said that he's been unable to play them recently due to the cost. So, I wanted to see if I could come up with a nice decent build for him that would not be too expensive. To start out, I tested 5 of the recently released racing games on the SAPPHIRE PULSE RX 570, at 1080p and using settings somewhere between the high and ultra presets for each.
