We need to continually push forward for gender parity - to be bold, speak up and always do the best we can. This is how we can breakdown stereotypes, initiate change and create amazing opportunities for ourselves and others. At TomTom, we have many talented women in tech who live and breathe #PressForProgress. They are Project Managers, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Software Engineers, UX Designers… Each exceling in what is – for now – a male-dominated field, and each proving that you can do whatever you put your mind to.
